Sermons For Women’s Meeting

Sermons for Women’s Meeting: We can come together at Women’s Meeting to grow in our religion, both personally and communally. I’ve thus produced these sermons with the goal of assisting you in doing so. Be therefore perfect, even as your Father who is in heaven is perfect, is the theme of the first sermon I ever wrote. (5:48 in Matthew) This verse serves as a reminder that due of our own flaws and weaknesses, we are all sinful beings who will never be completely deserving of God’s love. But if we make a sincere effort to improve ourselves, we will naturally become more intimate with both God and those around us.

I’ve based the second sermon I’ve prepared on the verse, “I am come that they might have life.” (John 10:10) This verse serves as a reminder that Christ left Heaven not only to reveal himself to us but also to demonstrate his love for us by giving his life as a sacrifice so that we might one day live forever with him once more.

You can be a Proverbs 31 Woman

Are you looking for a solid definition of what it means to be a Proverbs 31 woman?

  • You should take care of your family and home.
  • You should be industrious, working hard to provide for yourself and your family.
  • You should make sure that you’re virtuous in all areas of your life including: prayer, meditation on God’s word, giving to others and praising God publicly (or privately).

A weeping woman finds her strength in Christ

“God is a refuge for the brokenhearted and a very present help in trouble.”

One of the first verses of Scripture I learned to memorize was this one. Since then, I’ve carried it around to serve as a reminder that God is always there for me at the critical moments. You may be thinking right now that this verse doesn’t apply to you because you’re not in any genuine distress or have a broken heart. Even while that may be the case right now, tomorrow it might not be, and this verse will be there for you then!

When life gets tough and we start to feel like our world is falling apart around us…that’s exactly when Jesus steps in to help us overcome those hardships so we can find strength in Christ alone (2 Corinthians 12:9).

The Lord will give you strength

The Lord will give you strength to endure this trial. All you have to do is ask, and He will strengthen you in your weakness.

  • One of my favorite stories about enduring trials comes from the book of Esther, where Esther finds herself in a situation where she has to be brave and courageous even though she feels like she is weak or powerless.
  • All the stunning women in the king’s realm were invited to a party that the monarch was throwing so that he might select one of them as queen. However, these women were afraid because they were aware that they would all be put to death if the monarch chose one of them to be his queen. They were terrified because they did not want to kill their families, but more importantly, they did not want to kill themselves!

So what did Esther do? She approached her husband Mordecai who told her: “Do not think about yourself at all; instead think about how God is going use this situation for His glory” (Esther 4:14). That was when she decided on behalf of all those young ladies that there was no reason for them not go except that if it weren’t for their beauty then maybe something good could happen from their presence at this party…

God is near to the widow

A widow lost everything after being victimized by her neighbors. She went to the king to make her case, and he promised to assist her. He distributed up all of their fortune among all of his servants. He instructed them to take what they needed from those who had more than they had as there were still insufficient resources for everyone. As a result, everyone entered each other’s homes and took what they needed. When the time came to recoup what had been taken from them, however, nobody could discover anything!

In this passage we see that God has given us everything we need: a job that pays enough so that we can provide for our family; a home where we feel comfortable spending time together; food on our table every night; friends who love us unconditionally just as much as God does—all these things are blessings from above! We don’t have to worry about anyone taking these things away from us either because even though someone may try their best at taking something away from us (an illness maybe?), God will always be there with open arms ready to catch whatever comes flying out of our hands before it hits the floor… if not sooner!

The Lord is my light and my salvation

In Psalm 27:1 we are told, “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?” In other words, the Lord is our source of light. He illuminates our path. He guides us through darkness to bring us to salvation in Christ.

In this sermon, I hope to help you understand how God can be your lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path; how he guides you through life’s darkness; and how he saves you from sin by embracing his love for you through faith in Jesus Christ.

My heart and flesh cry out for the living God

Psalm 84:2 says, “My heart and flesh sing for joy to the living God.” This is a verse that can help you get in touch with your spiritual side.

The verse comes from Psalms, which is a book of songs that God gave to his people. We know that these songs were sung by groups of people together, but they are also words we can say out loud if we want to talk to God directly. The psalmist wrote them and other people later sang them as well because they wanted their own prayers or praises included in this collection of songs called the Psalms (which means “praises”).

Your faith can become stronger through your trials.

In this sermon, we will be looking at how God can give you peace and strength through your trials. We will look at examples of people that have been blessed by God because they trusted Him to help them through their difficulties.

There are many challenges that we face in life, but thanks to God’s grace, He wants us to know that He is always with us. Through the experiences of young women who were faced with different hardships in life, we will learn how God gave each woman peace and comfort during their trials.
