Prayer For Autistic Child

Prayer for autistic child: Saint Joseph, Husband of the Virgin, Patron of Workers and Family Unity, I beg you to obtain for [NAME OF YOUR CHILD] a special help to surmount the obstacles which he meets in life through his infirmities. Make him an obedient child and the consolation of those around him. May he grow in grace and in the love of God and of his fellow men. Through Christ our Lord. One of the saddest things I see is an autistic child who does not have a network of people around him who are willing to pray for them. Children are very sensitive, and yet a little boy or girl under the influence of autism, who has no knowledge of God, will be suffering all around him. Those who know they should do something to help them, don’t know how to go about it. Some even feel helpless not knowing how to care for those afflicted with autism.

Thank you for the blessings. Prayer for autistic child. I hope you can help him get better quickly. as stated in the bible, which is your word. my child’s autism must be cured. Let him act normally, just like a kid.

Dear God,

Please give me the strength to continue to love my child despite her autism. Please help me to be patient with her and to understand that she needs me in a way that my other children do not. Please give me the wisdom to know when to push her and when to hold back, so that she may receive all of the benefits of the therapies we are pursuing. Please help me find the patience I need so that I can learn from my daughter how to accept others who differ from myself and embrace them as they are meant to be loved. Please help me teach her how important it is for her to see herself as a beautiful person with gifts and talents just like everyone else.

Please help me let go of any resentments I have toward anyone who has hurt or wronged us through their ignorance or insensitivity regarding autism awareness issues. Help me remember that all people are created in Your image and deserve love and respect regardless of their abilities.

Thank You for hearing this prayer, God! Amen
