CHAPTER 9 ­– HAVE REALISTIC GOALS THAT ARE WITHIN REACH (AS OPPOSED TO DREAMS)

In this chapter, we’re going to take a look at the importance of goals.

A goal is something that you have in your mind when you start working toward it. The difference between goals and dreams is that dreams are usually just fantasies with no practical application, while goals are things that you can actually accomplish.

In order to set realistic goals for yourself, think about what would make you happy in life and then make one small step toward achieving that each day. As long as your goal is within reach and not too ambitious (because if it’s too ambitious, there’s no way for you to succeed), then it will be easy enough for yourself!
