A Prayer For Someone Going Through Hard Times

A Prayer For Someone Going Through Hard Times: Last week, as I sat in church, I couldn’t help but think about those in my immediate vicinity. Some of them had come to pray for themselves, others had come to pray for others, and some had just come to be with others. I became aware of the variety of issues people are currently facing in their life as I listened to the prayers being said all around me. Recently, I’ve been reflecting a lot on how important God is to both of us at this point in history. Right now, we’re all suffering through difficult times. It can be very daunting to deal with challenges in your family, your health, your finances, or your relationships. We simply want to be able to take action.

A Prayer For Someone Going Through Hard Times

Father God, help me praise you today and always.

Father God, thank you for bringing me to this day and place. Thank you for helping me make it through my hard times. Help me praise you today and always.

I praise you Father God because I know that You are in control of every situation and circumstance of my life, whether it be good or bad. You have blessed me with a wonderful family and friends who are always there when I need them most! I praise Your name Father God!

Dear Lord, thank you for the lessons I’ve learned during this hard time.

Dear Lord, thank you for the lessons I’ve learned during this hard time.

There is a silver lining to every situation and you should try to find it. If you are in a dark place, take some time to look at it from another perspective and see what good can come out of it. Think about how this will help you grow as a person and be thankful that there is such a thing as growth through pain.

If someone close has passed away recently or if they are sick or struggling with addiction, their life may seem like one big mess right now but if we look closely we can find many things that make us grateful even though they might not seem so at first glance. Maybe when your grandpa died he left behind some old fishing gear which was given to someone else who needed it more than he did anymore since his arthritis made fishing very difficult these days; maybe when your best friend moved away from home she took all her favorite clothes with her so now yours fit better than ever before!

Dear Lord, I’m struggling right now and I need your help.

Dear Lord, I’m struggling right now and I need your help. Please guide me through this difficult time in my life. Help me to be patient with the people around me who don’t understand what I am going through. Give me strength to continue on this path even though it’s hard right now, because I know that things will get better soon. Forgive me for my mistakes over the past few weeks; they were not intentional but a byproduct of my situation at that moment in time, so please don’t punish me further for them than what you already have done.

Dear God, I am angry with myself right now because of mistakes I have made.

Dear God, I am angry with myself right now because of mistakes I have made.

I know that it is important to forgive myself for my mistakes, but I just don’t know how.

May this prayer be a reminder to me that you can see all things and you love us no matter what.

Thank you for hearing my prayer and forgiving me when I ask for it.

Dear God, thank you for giving me the strength to keep going even when my world is falling down around me.

Dear God, thank you for giving me the strength to keep going even when my world is falling down around me.

It’s easy to give up and fall apart when life gets difficult, but I don’t want to do that. The truth is that the good things in life often come out of difficult times. So I am thankful for all the lessons learned during this time and also thankful that I can continue on with my life without having let it bring me down into despair or depression.

Lord, please help me be strong!

Dear God, it hurts so much to carry this burden alone.

It’s okay to ask for help. It’s not a weakness, and you don’t have to do it alone. God didn’t create us to carry these burdens alone—He gave us each other, and He gave us Himself. The truth is, no one can truly understand the weight of your burden; only you know what it is like fully and intimately (and maybe the person who has inflicted harm on you). But knowing that doesn’t mean that we can’t empathize with what you’re going through or offer support along the way.

In fact, I think it would be beneficial for me personally if I could offer my own experience as an example of how asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness but rather strength in its own right: In 2011 when I was diagnosed with depression (specifically dysthymia), I had never experienced anything like it before—I felt completely lost and unsure about how best handle this new reality in my life. So what did I do? Did I try to “numb out” on alcohol or drugs? No! Instead, after talking at length with both friends and family members who were there for me during this difficult time of transition into managing chronic illness (the so-called “good times”), eventually decided that seeking professional treatment might be helpful moving forward because nothing else was working either emotionally or physically…

Father God, help me find peace again.

You can pray. You can meditate. You can read the Bible, or reflect on its meaning. You can listen to music that uplifts you and gives you hope.

It’s time to let go of what happened in your past and move forward with grace and dignity!

Dear Lord, please be with my troubled heart as I feel so deeply for those who are suffering through violence and such terrible acts of evil all over the world.

Dear Lord, please be with my troubled heart as I feel so deeply for those who are suffering through violence and such terrible acts of evil all over the world.

I know it is difficult to ask others for help or for prayer during times like these, but I pray that you will give me strength to do both.

Please reach out to those who need comfort and share your love with them. Please help us all find peace in our hearts again so we can heal from this tragedy together.

Dear God, thank you for the blessings in my life during this hard time.

Dear God, thank you for the blessings in my life during this hard time.

I know that you are always here with me and provide me strength when I need it most.

I have been going through a lot lately but am thankful that you blessed me with many things in life.

With your help, I will be able to get through this hard time and come out stronger than ever before!

Father God, you have promised to give me peace that passes all understanding. Help me find that peace today and every day that follows.

Father God, you have promised to give me peace that passes all understanding. Help me find that peace today and every day that follows.

Peace is not something you accomplish by your own efforts, but rather it is a gift from God. The Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:7, “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (NIV).

When we allow God’s peace to become our guide in life instead of our circumstances or emotions, we are able to live free from the fear caused by stressors that threaten to overwhelm us. As we trust in Him for strength when things get difficult, He gives us the grace needed for today—and tomorrow too—and His grace will be sufficient for whatever comes next!

No matter what

No matter what, keep going. There will be a day when the sun rises again.

No matter what, trust in the Lord and say a prayer for yourself or someone else who’s going through hard times. You can still trust in the Lord and say a prayer even if you’re not religious or don’t believe in God. It doesn’t matter what religion you are either–you can still use this method of coping with your feelings and getting through tough times just as well as anyone else can!
