O God of the morning, the new day is yours, yet our prayer seeks to hold you. The Universe is at your disposal, yet our prayer seeks to bind you. The earth is in your keeping, yet our prayer seeks to give you a portion of time and space in which to breathe and speak.
Lord God,Of all the gifts thou hast bestowed upon me, none stand out as plainly as my capacity for public speaking. I can take a crowd of ordinary people, gathered in a quiet room, and within one hour turn them into an angry mob. They’ll be thinking with their fists in ten minutes and itching for a fight by eleven. And when they’ve had enough to drink, there will be blood. A Prayer For Favor
I come to you today asking for your favor. I need your help and guidance in my life. I am going through a difficult time, and I need your help to overcome this situation.
Please give me the strength and courage to face these problems head on as I know that you will guide me through these trying times and provide me with peace and comfort.
In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen
I come before you today in prayer. I ask that you send me favor from above that I may be able to fulfill all of my duties as a human being and a citizen of this great nation. I pray for the strength and endurance to continue on in this world with confidence and with peace of mind.
I thank you for all that you have done for me and all that you will do in the future. In your name, Amen
I pray for the favor of your blessing. As I seek to live my life in accordance with your will and plan, please help me to recognize opportunities to serve others and do good. Please help me to be humble and gracious as I serve, so that all who see me may take heart and be inspired by my example. In Jesus’ name, amen!
I come before you today with a prayer for favor. In the past few weeks I have been challenged in multiple ways and it has shown me that I need to rely on my faith and my family more than ever before. As I look around me, I see many people who are struggling just like I am. Some are going through financial hardship, others are dealing with illness or depression, and some have lost their jobs due to the economy.
As you know, these times can be very difficult for some people but they also offer an opportunity for growth. If we all work together as a community we can help each other get through this difficult time together as brothers and sisters in Christ. The bible says that when two or three people come together in His name, He will be there with them (Matthew 18:19). So please help me find favor with those around me so that we may all be able to help one another through this difficult time.
Heavenly Father, I come before You today knowing that You are a gracious God and that You hear my prayers.
Prayer is the most important thing you can do. Prayer is talking to God, it’s communicating with Him, it’s like having a conversation with your best friend. The Bible says that we are to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).
You might be wondering what prayer is and how it works. When we pray, we are speaking directly to God in our minds or out loud. That’s why we call them prayers—we pray because they are directed towards God! We also see Jesus Christ praying when He was on earth (Matthew 26:36-46).
Sometimes people make the mistake of asking people for favors rather than asking God for favors when they pray—this is sometimes called beseeching instead of beseechering—but there’s a big difference between those two words! Don’t ever confuse the two–they don’t mean the same thing at all!
When someone prays for favor, he/she prays for power from above so that everything goes smoothly without any problems at all! But an individual who merely asks another person for favor doesn’t have as much courage because he/she doesn’t fully trust himself/herself alone but relies on others too much; hence his/her prayers aren’t always answered quickly either.”
I come with an expectant heart, eager to receive the favor You have for me today.
- “I come with an expectant heart, eager to receive the favor You have for me today.
- Father, Your Word tells us that You will be our God and we will be Your people (Leviticus 26:12).
- I believe this promise and know that Your favor is for me today! God has not withheld His favor from anyone who comes to Him in faith (Romans 10:13). The Lord Jesus said that if we ask anything according to His will He hears us and He does it (1 John 5:14-15).
- And so I come before You today expecting to receive from You the answers and solutions you have prepared just for me!
As I wait for Your favor, I choose to have a grateful heart that sees Your goodness in all things.
As you wait for favor, you may find yourself getting tired and discouraged. But in the midst of those feelings, I encourage you to actively choose a grateful heart. One that sees Your goodness in all things.
Gratitude helps us focus on what we have instead of what we don’t have. This perspective has been shown to help people stay positive in stressful situations like waiting on medical results or financial rewards, which is why it’s key as we seek Your favor!
When we’re thankful for what God has given us—even if it seems small compared to our needs—we open ourselves up to being more aware of His blessings throughout everyday life. And when we see something good happening around us or hear about someone else who needs help, gratitude can motivate us even more than before because now we know how much great things God does for others too!
Thank you for loving me enough to give me favor.
Thank you for loving me enough to give me favor.
I thank you for all that I have been given and all that is to come. I thank you for your love, mercy, kindness and faithfulness to me as a Father in heaven. You have blessed me with my family, friends and community; may they know the joy of your favor! Through all of this I proclaim: God is good!
In Jesus name, Amen.
Now that you’ve prayed the prayer, it’s important to remember that Jesus is our mediator, our intercessor. He sits on the other side of our requests and petitions and pleads with God for us. But this isn’t just a one-time thing. We can always come back to him and ask him again and again for his help in whatever we need it!
In Jesus name, Amen.
God has amazing favor for you and His timing is perfect!
God has amazing favor for you and His timing is perfect.
You have been called, redeemed and adopted into His family. Now the game begins! God has a perfect plan for your life and He will teach you through this journey how to live it out each day in faith, hope, love and joy.
God wants us to recognize that it isn’t our job or our doing that brings us favor with Him; rather, it’s His goodness towards us as an act of pure mercy which motivates Him to bless us as we follow Him wholeheartedly. This strategy is always available regardless of what stage we are in right now or where we feel ourselves going next because He loves us unconditionally!
